We're in Phoenix Arizona, more on that in a future post, celebrating Labor Day weekend. Our hotel offers nightly s'mores where you can toast your own marshmallows over an open fire. Perfect for celebrating toasted marshmallow day.
Mine was a coconut marshmallow. Golden brown delicious.
And there were lots of tasty options for chocolate too. These kids love Reese's Peanut Butter cups. I think we'll be doing a taste test in the future.

That toasted coconut marshmallow looks really gooooooood...extra bonus w/ the marshmallow since toasted coconut is already delicious alone! Funny Ian...he definitely had a mouthful of Reese's PB Cup :-) It's quite an experience toasting marshmallows over an open fire...did it once at a church youth outing at the Dockweiler State Beach's fire pits (with the very loud planes overhead, too). Haven't had toasted marshmallows in a long time, only the plain ones right out of the bag (but that's been a while, too) Nice family photo of everyone holding their toasted marshmallows...what a fun activity for everyone.
