We're celebrating Cherry Pie Day with a Mickey Cherry Pie!
That's the "proper" way to celebrate Cherry Pie Day...by adding a Disney touch :-)...LIKE the Mickey cutouts on the crust! As a first time pie crust maker it certainly turned out well...looks like a delicious, unanimous thumbs up from everyone...yum, yum! I was thinking of all those "cold steps" you had to do throughout the process just to help get a nice flaky crust...what patience (and working fast enough before the cold stuff warmed up too much!) Those Mickey cherry pins and cherry pie pin are cute and fit nicely next to the pie slice. P.S. Sounds like you have a 3D printer. What other things have you created with it? EOM
