Another new Reese's flavor! I remember a couple years ago Reese's made a chocolate lovers and peanut butter lovers version of their Reese's cup. Now they're catering to marshmallow lovers, not by putting marshmallow inside, but by making a marshmallow flavored top to their regular Reese's Peanut Butter cup. This has a marshmallow flavored creme layer.
I can tell you, Alli was excited to see this one coming. Snickers are her favorite candy bar! We've previously tried Candy Pop M&M minis popcorn, Twix popcorn, and Cookie Pop Oreo popcorn.
Today we're doing another Candy Pop version with Snickers popcorn!
Happy Sunday! Today we're celebrating National Pretzel Day! Yes, I know we just made pretzel pizzas not too long ago. But I saw another opportunity to try another variation of pretzel pizza and decided to go for it!
Ian and Alli just got finished with Spring Break. One of the things Ian had to work on over the break was a book report, but for this one, he's required to dress up like one of the characters! He chose a book called Kitty and Dragon Plant a Garden. Ian is dressing up like Dragon. Alli enjoyed it too, so she decided to join Ian and dress like Kitty!
Following along in the saga of Ian and his lost teeth, we are now on to tooth number 6!
His first tooth was lost in Michigan. His second in Colorado. The third was lost in California on National Tooth Fairy Day. The fourth was in our new house. The fifth was on Christmas Eve, earning a visit from Santa and the Tooth Fairy in one night.
While we were walking around the Dollar Tree, Ian excitedly directed my attention to a new taste test that he found. Hershey's Milk Shake drinks! And there's 3 different flavors!
Pizza Time! This one is a little different than our normal pizzas we usually make on Sunday. It's a dessert pizza! I've made a few different dessert pizzas already with the Chocolate pizza, the PB&J pizza, and the Peanut Butter/Banana/Honey pizza.

There's something new from the Sour Patch Kids! We have already tried quite a few things from those guys. Like Sour Patch Kids Ice Pops, Ice Cream, Sour Patch Kids Cereal, Marshmallows, Yogurt, Sour Patch Kids Chips Ahoy Cookies, and Sour Patch Kids Watermelon Ice Pops.

Happy Sunday! Sunday is a day for pizza experimentation! We knew Ruston was coming over for a socially distanced driveway dinner, so we let him choose.

That's a great choice! After talking through a few different pizza options, he decided to let Ian choose which pizza to make. Ian wanted to try the Mac and Cheese pizza! Because I always make at least two pizzas, I asked Ruston what his favorite pizza is. He love ham and pineapple, and when I suggested bacon on it too, he thought it would be even better!
Today's post comes courtesy of another Theresa suggestion. Like most, it took the form of "Hey, look, here's a recipe to make the soft Asian bread." Followed by another "And here's another way to make it" "Here's how to make the filling". Okay, got it. You're requesting homemade Asian bakery bread. I think I can tackle that.
Our favorite place to go, and one that we take plenty of visitors to when they come (or used to come) is 85C. This bakery has a ridiculous variety and the cost is relatively cheap. Only $1.50-$2.50 per item depending on what you pick. Of course, when you buy a dozen different treats it can start to get expensive, but they are so very delicious.
Even with all the variety, there's some breads that we have to get every single time. The kids' favorite used to be the chocolate buns, but now it's the cheesy garlic bread. And the adults typically get the sweet cream cheese filled cheese bread. All three are on the menu to make at home today!
It's Easter! We've got a few things that have been going on that we've been doing to celebrate.
The first thing we did was change out the shamrock in the front yard from St Patrick's Day into something more appropriate for Easter. An egg, a bunny? How about a giant carrot!
Today is National Coffee Cake Day! Coffee is a little bitter, depending on how you take it, so it's always nice to pair it along with something sweet. Theresa has a great recipe from her sister that everyone seems to love, so her and the kids are going to make that for us today!
This week we did not just one, not two, but three pizzas! We had Easter Egg pizzas and also a pizza with an actual egg on it!
I still had more ideas for Easter and there was one more pizza I wanted to try. A Carrot Pizza! And since I'm making thin crust pizza with colors, I can shape it like a giant carrot.

Easter is almost here and the kids were thrilled when they saw Peeps cereal back in the store. They loved it back in 2019 when we tried it for the very first time!
It's National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day! The kids love PB&J and the adults are fans too. We've got a big hike coming up later today and we're going to need food. The kids are all set to make their dinner.
