It's time for another pizza day! We're always trying to think of tasty new combinations of ingredients for our pizza nights. My brother Patrick, who loves anything Pesto, suggested this one. A base of Pesto, topped with mozzarella and goat cheese, followed by strawberries. It was delicious!
After I rolled out the pizza dough to flat disks, Megan and Theresa got to work adding toppings for everyone. With the full-size oven, plus my RV toaster oven, I was able to cook 4 pizzas at once!
For my second unique pizza tonight, I also wanted to do a cheese based one. This one has all the cheeses! Mozzarella, cheddar, goat cheese, and blue cheese!
It was super cheesy, and very tasty!
And when there's not an over-abundance of toppings the crust bakes up nice and crisp.
The girls got all the toppings figured out for the kids' pizzas too.

Pop Pop had a vegetarian pizza with lots of different vegetables.
Pizza Sundays are always delicious!
Lots and lots of variety this Pizza Sunday, including the usual pleasers. Patrick created a unique pesto one to add to the creative pizza list. The way Megan held up the slice of thin crust pizza reminded me of how a magician may try to display something that defies gravity :-) EOM
