It's time to try another Peppermint Milkshake! After the disappointment that was the Wendy's Peppermint Frosty, we knew we'd need to find a peppermint milkshake that could deliver.
From their own description - Hand-spun the old-fashioned way, this festive peppermint flavored milkshake is made with Chick-fil-A Icedream® dessert and features chips of peppermint bark, topped off with whipped cream and a cherry. Available seasonally for a limited time.
Theresa - That might be my favorite milkshake ever. And I don't even like milkshakes.
And what about the kids?
Oh yes. They loved it too.
Especially the cherry. There's only one, so Alli bit it in half then shared with Ian.
Ha, that's some bright red cherry juice running down your chin Alli.
Theresa - It's so good. I'm going to have to save half my calories one day just to drink one of these. (660 calories for those who are interested)
Theresa - If there's one thing I would change, I would make it a little thicker. So much that you couldn't suck it up a straw.
Joe - So like peppermint ice cream?
Theresa - Ha, yes. Peppermint ice cream.
Update!
As we were leaving, I noticed that there's an "Our Community" TV showing pictures of their guests. We could be on TV! I tagged a few of our picture on Twitter and that was that.
Famous family :-) ...nice to be captured and shared on the Community TV!! Now that's how a Peppermint Chip Milkshake should taste...refreshing and yummy with that peppermint flavor and added chips...good job by Chick-Fil-A. What an adorable two-some picture of you and Theresa sharing the milkshake...a classic early date photo throwback (would have been super fun if you had one of you & Theresa in a similar pose in your early dating years!) Not to be outdone, Alli & Ian did a cute photo while sharing the milkshake between themselves! EOM
