Dot's Pretzel Taste Test Addendum

Earlier this year, I had a big Dot's Pretzel taste test with every pretzel that Dot's made! Original, Southwest, Honey Mustard, and Cinnamon Sugar! So, of course, imagine my surprise when shortly after having that taste test, Dot's announced a brand new flavor! Parmesan Garlic! Oh yeah, we have to try that one too!

So, I picked up a bag and held onto it until I could get the original crew back together! Will this be a new favorite?

Dot's Homestyle Pretzels. Parmesan Garlic Seasoned Pretzel Twists. Rich 'n Savory.
I like the green bag. It goes well with the rest of the line-up's Blue, Red, Yellow, and Purple.

Parmesan Garlic. Seasoned with a Buttery Blend of Rich 'n Savory Flavor.
Small Town Story. Big Time Flavor.

Forgive the messy table. The remnants of multiple taste tests (coming soon). So, what were our thoughts on taste? Is this a new favorite?
Nicole - I'm excited!
Joe - It sounds good!
Nicole - Alfredo has become obsessed with Dot's since the last taste test. We seem to always have Dot's in the house now.
Alfredo - I don't know if it's healthier, but I like them.

Theresa - Mmm!
Alli - It tastes like a normal Dot with a little parmesan flavor.
Ian - It does!
Nicole - I'm predominately getting butter. Yum!
Theresa - The Original has some different spices. This is mostly butter.
Nicole - There's so much butter!

With all the talk about the original pretzels, I grabbed a bag of Original Dot's to compare.

Jacob - I think I like the Parmesan Garlic ones better.
Theresa - The original tastes less seasoned now, compared to the Parmesan Garlic.
Nicole - I would still reach for the Honey Mustard or Cinnamon Sugar I think.
Joe - I think the Parmesan Garlic have more flavor to them. They're more buttery.
Nicole - Way more buttery. I wouldn't be able to eat as many of these. That richness...
Alli - You get a lot of Parmesan Garlic flavor at the start. But at the end it's just like a normal Dot.
