Dannon Light + Fit REMIX yogurt taste test

Wandering around Meijer in Michigan, Theresa found a new yogurt offering from Dannon. It's called Light + Fit REMIX and it consists of Fat Free yogurt, but to add a little pizzazz you get some tasty mixins!
We've done something similar when we tried the Chobani Flips. How will these compare?

Chobani had over 20 different flavors of Flips. Checking the Dannon website it looks like there's just 3 flavors of Light + Fit REMIX. Is that right? Just 3? Well I guess we're tasting them all today!
We have Strawberry Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, and Brownie Sundae.

The Strawberry Cheesecake includes fat free yogurt, graham cookies, caramel pearls, and dark chocolate.

I poured out the toppings into a small bowl and was surprised at how many they were able to fit into the side of that container. It was enough to cover the bottom of the bowl and it's definitely enough to get some crunch bits in every bite of yogurt.

Alli - That is so good. My mouth is happy.
Chi - It is good.

Ian - It tastes like a strawberry pocky stick.

Rita - It's got an artificial strawberry flavor.
Ian - I really like the strawberry cheesecake.
Tyler - That strawberry is fantastic.
Richard - I thought it was pretty dog gone good too.

Key Lime Pie is a favorite of many here. Will the yogurt deliver?
Inside are Graham Cookies and White Fudge Chunks.

Yep, a good mix of both.

Chi - I have a feeling this will be even better. Ever since we went down to Florida and had that one.
Theresa - Mmm!
Alli - That's good!
Chi - This is better than the strawberry cheesecake.

Theresa - It's good.
Joe - I like the citrus tanginess.
Richard - That Key Lime Pie, there's no doubt about it, it's pretty good.
Tyler - I thought I would like Key Lime best, but I like that Strawberry.

Finally we have the Brownie Sundae. This Vanilla Fat Free yogurt has brownie crumbles, honey praline almonds, and butter toffee!

All it's missing is the cherry on top of that sundae.

Ian - It's good. Not my favorite though.
Joe - Not my favorite either. Those brownie crumbles are tasty though.
Theresa - The vanilla yogurt is too tangy. It doesn't taste like a yummy treat.

Chi - It's just okay.
Joe - I like all the different textures. Those toffee pieces are pretty good too.

Joe - (Trying all the toppngs separately) - That's a good toffee. I really like the pralines. That is a dark dark chocolate brownie. Like that brownie brittle they sell.
Theresa - The brownie brittle is a little bitter.

Theresa - Key Lime Pie was by far my favorite.
Joe - It was my favorite too. Followed by Strawberry, then Brownie.
Rita - I also liked Key Lime. By Far!
Chi - Key Lime Pie is the best.
Alli - I liked Strawberry Cheesecake, then Key Lime Pie.
Ian - Strawberry Cheesecake, Brownie, then Key Lime Pie. I liked Key Lime Pie the least!
Tyler - Crazily, not what I was expecting, I'm going Strawberry, Key Lime, and Chocolate. I thought I'd like Key Lime most.

Theresa - Those crumbles in it make it taste like dessert instead of healthy yogurt.
Tyler - No losers here. The Key Lime is refreshing and the Strawberry Cheesecake is just good.
Joe - I'd also say all of them were tasty.

  1. All three sound tasty...lots of topping (no skimping there) to meld it altogether...Key Lime Pie and Strawberry Cheesecake are fighting it out for #1 :-) Alli's comment, "My mouth is happy", is a good description for anyone's favorite flavor! EOM
