We love seeing friends and family when they visit Florida!

It's really nice living in a climate that doesn't get freezing cold in the winter. That means that all of our cold-weather friends who are looking to escape come to Florida! And if we're lucky, we get to hang out together!

Amy and Don came down from Michigan, escaping the snow and 18F days. Here they found swimsuits, hot tubs, and shuffleboard.

Plus Bingo! We had better than our fair share of luck winning free popsicles. And those who didn't win, ended up getting one gifted by some of the others who just like to play for fun.

Gotta love Florida in February! Still warm enough to lay out by the pool!

Later, we'd meet up with our friends we met on the road while RVing, Gayle and Danny. We first met each other in Minnesota. Tagged up again in Wisconsin. Then visited them at their property in Alabama, and even met up for dinner in Georgia! Now, they're in Florida and so we all drove to a common place to catch up.

Then walked around the lovely Winter Garden downtown and found a pastry and coffee place to continue our night of chatting.

More friends! Tom and Abby were neighbors in California! They've moved around the US since then, and we've stopped by a few places, but whenever they're in Florida they always give us a heads up and we make plans to hang out together.

They're here with all their Minnesota family (who are escaping -15F snowy weather right now) and have a huge rental house. It was great to talk with them and their family, see how big the kids are getting, and even meet their newest (who is over 2 now!)

And we love meeting other full-time RV families doing the same thing we're doing. We met the Blue family in an RV park last year, and we're back together again in the same RV park again this year! The kids love playing together. They like playing "iFly" where they zoom someone around like this. Today they had an extra special exhibit. A tortoise that was wandering through the field. They would "fly" over to him and circle him before coming back.

Piggyback races.

And just general hanging out on the gymnastics mat. I think they stayed together outside for over 3 hours! Good times!
We're fortunate to have so many family and friends that like to come visit!
